In our efforts to protect our people and based on the recent international travel restrictions and border closures, effective immediately we are temporarily restricting all international business travel until further notice.
For all domestic business travel, we strongly encourage employees to consult with their supervisors to determine whether their planned travel is essential, or critical to ongoing business.
If it is determined business travel is not essential, employees can choose to cancel the trip and work with their travel booking vendor to pursue refund or credit options.
To limit and slow the spread of COVID-19, and for the safety of those most likely to be affected, we are implementing smart social distancing measures in our workplaces. If you are planning a meeting for more than 10 attendees, please consider moving the meeting to a video conference format or postponing it to another time.
